Our products are not a substitute for professional advice where specialized dietary supervision is required. You are responsible for verifying ingredients against personal sensitivities and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly at the displayed USD price for Essential Weekly Guide ($49), Balanced Lifestyle Plan ($89), or Premium Planning Partnership ($129) unless cancelled according to our Return Policy. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to keep credentials confidential.
License and Intellectual Property
All content on the site—including text, graphics, recipes, plan structures, and branding—is owned by Purifydrainherb or licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered plans for personal, non-commercial household use during an active subscription. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, or reverse engineer plan materials.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful intake information so plans can be tailored appropriately. You are responsible for safe food handling, cooking temperatures, storage, and allergen verification. Ignoring disclosed allergens or medical dietary restrictions after providing incomplete information is at your own risk.
Payments and Taxes
Fees are charged in US dollars. Applicable sales tax may be added where required. Failed payments may suspend delivery until resolved. Price changes apply to future billing cycles with reasonable notice.
Modifications to Services
We may update features, recipe formats, or support channels to improve quality. Material reductions to a tier's described benefits will be communicated in advance when feasible.
Prohibited Conduct

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purifydrainherb from claims arising out of your misuse of content, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may cancel per the Return Policy. Upon termination, your license to new plan materials ends, though archival copies you lawfully downloaded may remain for personal reference unless otherwise restricted.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use or renewal after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed.
